Best practice in document importing

Once you've mastered how to import documents quickly, here are some tips to ensure you get the most success from the project

Use sections where appropriate

Sections give meaning to the questions below the section text. This is useful for users when looking at the list view or when answering questions, but it's more important again for question matching. Our AI looks at the section text and the question text and finds matching questions and answers from both combined.

Use headings wisely

Headings are just a simple way to break your document into logical sections. You don't need to select every heading as a heading (in fact that would get confusing). In fact you don't need to use headings at all. Headings are a good idea in long documents where there is a logical divide between question types.

Make sure word counts match

The AI Assists all respect the max word count within a question, so will only generate text up to that number. The user will also be able to clearly see if they go over the number, so it's important to ensure they are all correct. If they haven't been picked up automatically in selection, then set them manually. In lists and tables, this might mean Breaking Apart the selection first.

Use Reviewers

Best practice is always to ensure that a question is reviewed by someone other than the person assigned to answer it.
